Monthly payment for a 15 year loan (180 months) would be $1,674.24 (principal and interest). Monthly payment for a 30 year loan (360 months) would be $1,231.43 (principal and interest). Payment does not include amount of taxes and insurance; therefore actual payment will be greater. Rates are not guaranteed until lock-in. The rate lock period is 45 days.
