Our new headquarters will be a modern, eco-friendly space designed to serve our community for decades to come. Stay tuned for updates! Our new headquarters will be located at:
2750 NE 36th St. Ankeny, Iowa 50023
The headquarters will provide an expansive, inviting, and vibrant hub to encourage and support future growth not only for the bank, but for employees, clients, and the Central Iowa community. The design will allow for optimized collaboration between bank employees and CSB parent company QCR Holdings, Inc (QCRH) employees who live and work in Central Iowa.
The headquarters will be located on 5-1/2 acres at the corner of Northeast 36th Street and Northeast Four Mile Drive in Ankeny, adjacent to Costco, with visibility and access from Interstate 35.
Construction is projected for completion in spring of 2026.
