The headquarters provides an expansive, inviting, and vibrant hub to encourage and support future growth not only for the bank, but for employees, clients, and the Central Iowa community. The design allows for optimized collaboration between bank employees and CSB parent company QCR Holdings, Inc (QCRH) employees who live and work in Central Iowa.
The headquarters is located on 5-1/2 acres at the corner of Northeast 36th Street and Northeast Four Mile Drive in Ankeny, adjacent to Costco, with visibility and access from Interstate 35.
