Encryption Requirement

The terms of your ACH Agreement have been updated to comply with new encryption level requirements. Your communication and transmissions in relation to ACH origination with the Bank and your Receivers must be encrypted or sent via a secure session using a commercially reasonable security technology that complies with applicable regulatory requirements. You must implement advancements to such encryption technology as they become available.

Clarification of Reinitiation of Entries

Returned entries may be reinitiated for the following reasons:

• Returned NSF or Uncollected (limited to two)
• Stop Payment with a New Authorization
• Originator took corrective action in relation the return Reason

New Company Entry Description MUST read RETRY PYMT (all Caps)

A description of RETRY PYMT supersedes any other company entry description, including the entry descriptions for original entries.
