Crystal Wright has joined Community State Bank (CSB) as vice president, business banking officer. She will primarily work with Central Iowa small businesses to provide solutions and long-term strategies for growth and success.

For 20 years, Crystal has provided financial expertise to consumers and businesses in a variety of industries across the Midwest. Prior to joining CSB, she was the top small business lender at Iowa’s largest credit union.

Active in the community, Crystal serves on the Ankeny Economic Development Council and is an ambassador for the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce. She is a 2020 graduate of the Ankeny Leadership Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in economics from Western Illinois University.
