CSB Vice President, Bank Security Officer Missy Harken has been named the company’s Vice President, Bank Security and Community Development Officer. Harken joined Community State Bank in 2011. In her new role, she will lead bank security and compliance management in accordance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending laws, regulations and guidance. Harken will also work in the community to provide solutions and resources to community based, charitable, and nonprofit organizations.
